The Inner Beauty of a Woman

There is no doubt that women and health and beauty are timeless. Everywhere you look you see women displaying their beauty in hairstyles, make-up, cosmetic surgery, fashion and accessories. Women health and beauty go together like ice cream and cake. Don't get me wrong, I love to be pampered and beautiful; adorned with what makes me feel and look beautiful. While most of the emphasis for women and beauty is shown outwardly, how much emphasis is being placed on the inward health and beauty of women?
The inner beauty of a woman is a very unique quality. It's quite surprising to find that many women that possess outer beauty do not necessarily possess inner beauty as well. Have you ever encountered the woman that strikes you as beautiful until she begins to show who she really is. Her conversation is full of attitude; instead of confidence she's cocky, in place of grace she's tacky. The surface beauty does not compare to the inner ugly. On the contrast, take the woman that's not really attractive but her personality causes her to shine like the sun at high noon. She has a quiet confidence that exudes explanation. Her inner beauty surpasses by far the fact that she may not be on the cover of anybody's magazine or looked upon as a beauty queen; she knows who she is.It would be nice to see more emphasis placed on the inner beauty of a woman. While many women are striving to get that perfect figure, nose, eyes, puffy lips, breast enhanced and enlarged, buttock lift, tummy tuck and whatever else that can be altered, the personality of the woman is not being enhanced at all. A woman's inner beauty needs to always be evident on the outside. Integrity, honest, morals and values are traits that make up her character. No matter what the situation or circumstances, a woman that possesses inner beauty will conduct herself in matter that makes others take notice. Life brings about many opportunities to fashion a woman's character for real inner health and beauty.

How to Keep Pregnant Women Health and Beauty

How to Keep Pregnant Women Health and Beauty

Being pregnant and off your usual waist doesn't mean looking totally disfigured. Growing baby bumps are not a problem against looking good, and staying fashionable while pregnant is never a crime. So, look your best!
health and beauty
Take care of your skin, and especially your face. Wear makeup that will make you look radiant. Make sure your hair doesn't give people the idea that you have given birth to 12 children already. There are hair treatments that might not be recommended for pregnant women, so be careful when you go to salons. Pamper yourself from time to time with foot spa or things like that.

And make sure the clothes you wear are great.Maternity clothes don't need to be expensive, or be tailored by fashion experts, in order for them to make a pregnant woman look as pretty as she can be.

Looking at the expectant celebrity moms' wardrobe, like Christina Applegate and Ali Larter, simple black tops and slim fit black pants ensured them awesome summer look.

No fancy fashion, as you call it. It's not a great idea to wear sky-high pumps, though, just like what they have in those pictures. You can't put the baby at risk of accidental slip or fall.

There are other pregnant women who simply can't wear what they feel like wearing because they have to live within boundaries of their profession's dress codes and guidelines. The healthcare employees are perfect examples for this. They need to wear maternity scrubs tops and pants, not any fashion maternity dresses that can be worn by others. That is not a problem, though.

Even manufacturers of medical uniforms are creating designs that will make pregnant nurses and doctors pretty and fashionable. Cherokee scrubs, Landau scrubs and Grey's Anatomy scrubs are some lines offering the best maternity scrubs in the market. All three brands have scrub tops and scrub pants available for pregnant healthcare professionals.Maternity clothes don't need to be expensive, or be tailored by fashion experts, in order for them to make a pregnant woman look as pretty as she can be.

The Health and Beauty Women of Plus Size Modeling

The Health and Beauty Women of Plus Size Modeling

The Health and Beauty Women of Plus Size Modeling 2

This is my second beautiful women of plus size modeling Hub.
I didn't realize that plus size companies out there like Torrid Plus Size Clothing and IGIGI clothing were so popular, but I guess that's part of doing things like this...learning.
And speaking of learning, I also hope that you look at some of these beautiful women and realize what a lot of them have gone through in their lives to get to where they are now.
Remember readers, words can heal or kill, use them wisely.
And also remember that no matter what you look like, short, fat, tall, skinny, there is a place for you out there, you just have to find it like many of these women did.
Okay, now that I'm done being so serious, lets look at some more of the beautiful women of plus size modeling...

Lizzie Miller
Lizzie Miller is a plus size model that gained a lot of attention when she posed for Glamour magazine.
She signed with the Wilhelmina Models as a plus-size model at age 13, and has been told that at five foot eleven, 121 pounds, she's too big for even plus size modeling.
But that picture in Glamour, and the firestorm of controversy that followed may have proved the other modeling agencies wrong.

health and beautyLizzie wasn't air brushed or CGI enhanced, she was totally natural.
(So natural I cant show you the whole picture, but Google her and you'll see it).
E-mails poured into Glamour praising them fro running the picture, with most writers calling her "the woman on p. 194″.
So now you know that "the woman on p. 194″ is Lizzie.

Chloe Marshall
British plus-size model Chloe Marshall was born on March 27, 1991 in Cranleigh, Surrey, England.
Chloe rose to fame when she became the first plus size model to reach the finals in the Miss England beauty pageant.
She didn't win the pageant (she came in second) but soon afterward she was signed by the Models Plus agency.
You can find out more about this five foot, ten inch beauty at her website here:

Crystal Renn
Crystal Renn was born on June 18, 1986 in Miami, Florida.
She started modeling at the age of fourteen, but was told that she needed to lose almost a third of her total body weight.
This lead her to an unhealthy diet and exercise regime that put her health at risk.
(Okay, you know that I do a lot of fitness Hubs. There are healthy and unhealthy ways to lose weight. If you want to lose weight, do some research and know the difference)
Crystal rethought her health habits, and came back after gaining seventy pounds as a plus size model.
That must have worked, because as of this entry, she is the only plus-size model to appear on a Harper's Bazaar cover.
She has also done modeling work for Torrid Plus Size Clothing, Lane Bryant and Jean-Paul Gaultier.
In 2007, Crystal appeared in ads for the Spanish retailer Mango that showed her along side mainstream models with no indication of her larger size.

Christina Schmidt
Actress and plus size model Christina Schmidt (who I personally think is just drop dead gorgeous) was born on September 16, 1987 in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
After studying acting in Canada she got a role in a short film, Notes from Mother (2000) with Noah Giffin (The Zack Files). health and beauty
Christina then appeared in the TV movie What Girls Learn in 2001 (with Elizabeth Perkins and Scott Bakula) and that led to her best known role as Terri MacGregor (from 2001 to 2004) in the Canadian television series, Degrassi: The Next Generation.
As a plus size model, Christina is represented by the Wilhelmina agency (ten20 division) in New York.
She has modeled for MXM and Torrid Plus Size Clothing.

Kate Dillon
Kate Dillon is a real overcoming adversity story.
As a child she was mercilessly teased for being over weight, and because of that pressure, at the age of twelve, she developed anorexia.
She lived with that for five years until a photographer saw her, took some pictures and she wound up coming in third in Elite's Look of the Year contest.
Kate got a lot of modeling work after that of course, but her anorexia combined with her two packs of cigarettes a day habit was slowly killing her.
She finally decided enough was enough and went to a nutritionist and afterward added fifteen pounds.
Of course now she was too big to model.
Kate gained another fifteen pounds and went home to live with her parents.
Finally she moved to New York, and by chance took a friends advice to check out plus size modeling.
She met with the Wilhelmina agency, and in less than two weeks got a job modeling for Spiegel catalog.
Kate has gone on to work not only for Spiegel, but Liz Claiborne and Isabella Rossellini's Manifesto line among others.

Maggie Brown
Asian-American plus-size fashion model Maggie Brown was born on April 13th (????) in Montana, but she grew up in Kailua, Hawaii.
Magiie got her big break in 2006 when she appeared on The Tyra Banks Show, winning the "Tyra's Thick and Sexy Top Model Contest".
She is currently signed with Wilhelmina Models and Q6 Models and Artists Management in Portland, Oregon.
Maggie has done work for IGIGI clothing, Torrid Plus Size Clothing, Mervyn's and Walmart among others.

Mia Amber Davis
Plus size model and actress Mia Amber Davis has appeared in the films Road Trip (2000) and Holla If I Kill You (2003).
She has also appeared on The Tyra Banks Show, Rip The Runway and The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.
